Kiwango Infrastructure and Developments (PTY) Ltd was established in 2013. Since its inception as primarily a professional
quantity surveying practice; the company has evolved to being a diversified property and
infrastructure consultancy firm. Adding to its services amongst others are; turnkey developments,
transaction advisory, development management, etc.
The company’s business approach is embodied in its name “Kiwango”; a Swahili term meaning levels
(dimension hierarchy) signifying our structured and methodical approach to servicing our clients.
The name articulates the company’s ability to deliver products and services according to defined
systems and processes.
